Our Leadership
The head of our church is Jesus Christ, He is our senior Pastor. We hold to the Biblical teaching that every member of the church is equally important and critical to our mission (1 Corinthians 12:26). Members desire to gather regularly (Hebrews 10:25), to grow (Acts 2:42), serve others, and share their faith. We desire that very member is involved in service (James 1:27), and church leaders exist to equip members for these acts of service (Ephesians 4:11-12).

The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors at Cross Culture maintains the integrity of fiscal management, effective logistical operations, and the appropriate delegation of resources for the carrying out of our mission. The Board is made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and members at large, who are voted in by the church.
